These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and a1jj governing all use of the a1jj platform, including casino games, sports betting, crypto deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
The six most important obligations and protections these Terms establish for all a1jj account holders.
All a1jj services are strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Age is verified at registration using CNIC details. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are permanently closed and any deposited funds are returned minus any winnings generated.
Each player may hold only one active a1jj account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms are published individually for each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion only.
USDT (TRC20/ERC20) and Bitcoin deposits are accepted. All crypto transactions are final once broadcast to the blockchain. a1jj is not liable for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, transactions with insufficient network fees, or delays caused by blockchain congestion.
a1jj reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation from any account holder before processing withdrawals or in response to risk monitoring flags. Required documents may include CNIC copy, proof of address, and payment method verification.
Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage strategies that exploit bonus terms, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. a1jj employs real-time fraud detection tools and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
Important Notice: By creating an account on a1jj.net, accessing any a1jj service, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the a1jj platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
The a1jj platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on a1jj. a1jj enforces this restriction at registration through CNIC verification and reserves the right to conduct enhanced age verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned. Winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
a1jj is available to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using a1jj is lawful in their jurisdiction. a1jj does not make any representation that its services are legally available in any particular country. Players accessing a1jj from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk. a1jj reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
To register an a1jj account, you must:
All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth, false identity, or identity belonging to another person — is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. a1jj reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate registration information is identified, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active a1jj account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where a1jj detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended. Any balances will be consolidated and, at a1jj's discretion, may be partially or entirely forfeited. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for the security of your a1jj login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. a1jj will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact a1jj support immediately and change your password. a1jj cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
a1jj reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any stage. Standard KYC documentation includes a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and where relevant, a copy of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts where KYC has been requested. a1jj aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of document submission.
An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. a1jj will notify the player by email 30 days before applying an inactivity fee. The inactivity fee is PKR 200 per month, deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Accounts reactivated by logging in will have the inactivity fee paused. Players may request full account closure and withdrawal of remaining balance at any time.
a1jj currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT) on TRC20 and ERC20 networks. a1jj reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 100. The minimum deposit for bank transfers is PKR 500. Minimum crypto deposits are equivalent to PKR 1,000 at the time of transaction. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Full deposit limit schedules are displayed in the a1jj Cashier section of your account.
All cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your a1jj balance in PKR equivalent, calculated at the live market rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. The PKR equivalent is locked at the point of deposit confirmation and does not fluctuate with subsequent market movements. a1jj is not responsible for funds sent to expired wallet addresses or to incorrect wallet addresses. Players are strongly advised to verify the deposit wallet address carefully before initiating any crypto transfer.
Warning: Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. Always double-check the a1jj deposit wallet address before sending funds. USDT sent via the wrong network (e.g., ERC20 sent to a TRC20 address) cannot be recovered.
a1jj strictly prohibits deposits originating from payment sources not owned or controlled by the account holder. Deposits received from third-party accounts, joint accounts where sole ownership cannot be proven, or virtual or prepaid cards not registered to the account holder will be reversed. Associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
a1jj processes verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes on average during operational hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are processed within 30–60 minutes. Crypto withdrawals (Bitcoin, USDT) are broadcast to the blockchain within 30 minutes of approval and confirmed according to network conditions. During high-traffic periods such as major PSL matches or cricket series, processing times may be extended.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

Players with verified accounts may apply for enhanced withdrawal limits by contacting support and completing additional KYC documentation. Large withdrawals (equivalent to PKR 500,000 or above) may be processed in staged instalments over multiple business days.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by a1jj are subject to these general terms as well as the individual terms stated for each specific promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least 25 times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sportsbook bets at odds of 1.5 or above contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Bets placed on progressive jackpot games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
Bonuses are offered at a1jj's sole discretion. a1jj reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other activity that a1jj reasonably concludes constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.
USDT Bonus: The 15% crypto deposit bonus applies to all USDT and Bitcoin deposits and carries a 30x wagering requirement. The bonus is calculated on the PKR equivalent of the crypto deposit at the time of confirmation. The bonus expires 30 days after crediting if wagering requirements are not completed.
All sports bets placed on a1jj are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the a1jj Sportsbook section. These rules cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, maximum payout limits, and fixture postponement policies. Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC Test and ODI matches, and domestic Pakistani leagues — are governed by the Cricket Specific Rules document published in the Sportsbook Rules section.
All casino games on a1jj are operated by certified third-party game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are determined by the RNG at the moment a game round is initiated and cannot be influenced by a1jj, the player, or any external party after that point. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round or live dealer hand, the round will be completed automatically in accordance with the game's logic. For live dealer games, if disconnection prevents completion, the hand will be settled by the dealer according to the published house rules. a1jj is not liable for losses resulting from player-side internet disruptions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a1jj platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity may have their accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited:

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the a1jj platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No a1jj content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used in any derivative work without express written permission from a1jj. Unauthorised use of a1jj intellectual property may result in legal action.
a1jj collects and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the a1jj Privacy Policy. Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. a1jj does not sell personal data to third parties. Full details of data collection, retention, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a1jj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
a1jj is not liable for: (i) indirect, consequential, or special losses; (ii) loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings; (iii) losses arising from events beyond a1jj's reasonable control including but not limited to internet service disruptions, payment network outages, blockchain network congestion, or government actions; (iv) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits a1jj's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by a1jj's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
a1jj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all its players. All a1jj accounts come with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion options ranging from one week to permanent. These tools are accessible directly from account settings and take effect immediately without any approval delay.
Self-Exclusion: Once a self-exclusion is activated, a1jj cannot and will not reverse or shorten the exclusion period regardless of the player's request. Players who self-exclude will be removed from marketing lists immediately. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to the player's most recently used withdrawal method.
a1jj strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all products and services. If a1jj has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing problem gambling behaviour, a1jj reserves the right to contact the player, enforce cooling-off periods, or close the account in the interests of player welfare. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting a1jj support. On receipt of a closure request, a1jj will process any pending verified withdrawal of real-money balance and permanently close the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
a1jj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where: (i) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (ii) the account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity; (iii) KYC documents provided are found to be false or forged; (iv) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (v) a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account closure. Where an account is closed due to breach, a1jj may withhold balance pending investigation and may apply for forfeiture of funds associated with the breach.
If you have a complaint about any a1jj service, game result, payment, or account action, you should first raise the matter with a1jj customer support via email to [email protected]. Support queries are acknowledged within 4 hours and aim to be resolved within 48 hours. For escalated or unresolved complaints, a1jj offers a formal dispute resolution process. Written dispute submissions must be made within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims submitted beyond the 30-day window may not be investigated.
a1jj's decision on all game results and settled bets is final once the relevant game round or sporting event has concluded, subject only to a clear and demonstrable technical error by a1jj. Disagreement with a game's mathematical outcome, RNG result, or published RTP does not constitute grounds for a dispute.
a1jj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and via a prominent notice on the a1jj platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the a1jj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by a1jj's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through a1jj's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in an emergency or where irreparable harm is threatened.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
